Configure Outlook for POP3

    POP / SMTP

    Incoming mail server: dxmail.dx3webs.com

    Outgoing mail server: dxmail.dx3webs.com


    Note that different versions of Ourlook may look slightly different.


    In outlook add an Account.  Select manual. Complete the 1st window.


     


    Select More Settings 

    Select Outgoing Server Tab

    Enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires additional authentication"

    Enable "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"



    Select Advanced Tab

    Set Incoming server port as 995 and outgoing as 25. Enable SSL and TLS like so:
